Hey Everyone!
Last night I did the first session of my 20 times challenge!
I’ve done Ab Ripper X a few times in the past couple of weeks and it truly does get easier every time.
Don’t get me wrong though – I still grunt and swear and take a break here and there.
Last night I followed Ab Ripper X with a few minutes of Core synergistics and lifting.
My total workout only lasted 40 minutes and I spend half of that on the floor. My calorie burn was only 197. Oh well. I have to focus on the strength I’m gaining and stop worrying about torching calories.
